About our Groove and Move! Class
Groove & Move is a rhythm-driven cardio drumming class using baskets, stability balls, and drumsticks. You’ll follow simple patterns, move to the beat, and build coordination, stamina, and focus in a fun, low-pressure group setting. No music experience needed—just hit, move, and stay with the groove. Each 30-minute session flows from grounded warm-up to high-energy workout and finishes with a calm cooldown so you leave energized and centered

How old does my child have to be to start taking Groove and Move!?
Our Groove and move Class is Open to students ages 12 and up.
Do I need to play drums to take the class?
No! This fun class is a drop-in class with no drum experience necessary!
How much do classes cost? What's included?

All books, level wristbands, and access to our knowledge base and scheduling software are included.
How long do classes run?
These classes will run year round, but if you want to withdraw we just ask for a 30 day notice.
